Our Management
Principals have over 30 years of combined Human Resource and
Recruiting experience. You can count on them to give the
professional assistance you require. They are available to
assist you M-F 9am - 5pm PST and by appointment.
Chris graduated Cum Laude from Washington State University
with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration
in Human Resources Management. He has worked with Puget Sound
area companies for the past 20 years as a Senior-level Human
Resources Professional. Before joining Scout Recruiting in
2000, Chris was an Associate Partner/Director of Human
Resources for MarchFirst (formerly USWeb) and has also held
the following positions: Director of Human Resources at
Intermec Technologies, Human Resources Manager for Honeywell,
Employee Relations Analyst for Shell Oil, Human Resources
Representative for Boeing, and a Technical Recruiter for
Paccar-Information Services.
Chris is a certified Professional in Human Resources and a
member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). He
has served on the Board of Directors for the Resource Center
for the Handicapped, the University of Washington Minority
Sciences and Engineering Program, Seattle Pacific University's
School of Electrical Engineering and the Northwest High Tech
Exposition. He is a Human Resources Generalist and is able to

Hope earned her degree in International Studies from a
small private college in Northern California. Part of her
undergraduate degree included a one-year cultural immersion
program in a remote village in Nepal. She has worked within
the staffing industry for the past 10 years. She is a
certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a certified
Human Resources Manager and an experienced Technical Recruiter
and Sales Manager. Prior to founding Scout Recruiting in 1998
she worked as an on-site technical Recruiter for an
international manufacturing company, and held several
senior-level sales and recruiting positions for area high tech
consulting firms.
One of her recent projects included a complete needs
assessment and implementation of a Recruiting department for
new Wireless Professional Services Company in Bellevue, WA.
This included staffing the company from 12 to approximately 80
employee?s, implementation of a web-based recruiting
infrastructure and staffing an entire Human Resources
department, including the Vice-President of Human Resources.
She is a member of the Society of Human Resources
Management (SHRM), the Women?s Business Exchange, and the
Human Resources Consultants Network (HRCN).
