Scout Recruiters work hard to clearly understand what will be the right job for you. We review your resume and relevant work samples, interview you, and answer any questions you may have.
Our interactive web site and on-line jobs database allows for open, continual communication with our client companies who are able to submit their jobs to us 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We will search for our database for openings that match your skills and interests and share all relevant job descriptions with you for your consideration.
We request a minimum of 3 work-related references from each of our candidates, once a viable job is identified. When you apply with one of our clients, we can work with you to customize your resume to highlight your relevant skills.
When you are selected to interview with a client, we coordinate the interview process on your behalf. After your interview, we gather client feedback and pass it along to you as quickly as possible. If you are extended an offer of employment, we assist you with the offer and negotiation process.
